I have an issue with Apple CarPlay. The phone call sound quality is terrible , both on calls and voicemails, it sounds like there's a ringing noise in the background. I reached out to the dealership where I purchased the car, and they suggested it could be a software problem.
I had to leave the car at Kia for the whole day to have the issue looked at. I’m hoping they can fix it soon. Has did happen to anyone else?
