I am having troubles accessing my Kia Carnival purchase documents

When I got a Kia Carnival SX-P in December 2022, the salesman assured me of warranties. But the dealership was sold, and the new owner doesn't have any records of them. I looked over my documents, but there was nothing else there, just a summary of my bills. How can I get the original paperwork for my purchase?

Reach out to Kia’s customer service or corporate support. They should have a record of your purchase and warranties tied to your vehicle's VIN.

Thanks for the advice, guess I’ll have to contact Kia’s customer service with my VIN to get the original paperwork and warranty details.
