Help What Are These 2nd 3rd Row Lights for in My Carnival

I’ve got a 2022 Carnival LX, and I’m trying to figure out how to turn on the little LED lights in the 2nd and 3rd row. I’m not talking about the main dome/map lights that you can control from the front switches, but those small lights in the roof with the molded holes that seem to direct light in three directions.

Are these actually reading lights? Or are they something else entirely? If they are reading lights, how do you turn them on? I’ve looked around and can’t seem to figure it out. Would appreciate any tips or explanations from fellow Carnival owners, thanks!

Those are not lights, but motion sensors.

When a baby is sleeping in its car seat, ultrasonic motion sensors can detect it.

Those sensors are there to make sure no one is left in the car. Sometimes they set off the alarm, but that's just how they work.
