Kia Connect App issues when marking oil services

Hello everyone! My Kia Connect App is forcing me to mark the 16,000-mile oil change as complete even though I haven't done it. This happened when I completed my second oil change (at around 6k miles) and wanted to mark it in the app. What is wrong with the app? Has anyone encountered this?
