What’s up with the "Emergency Parking" warning on my 2024 Carnival?

I’ve had my 2024 Carnival since May (1500 miles now), and today while on the highway at 50mph, I suddenly got some braking, and the cluster showed a logo with three curvy arrows, saying "Emergency Parking." I’m confused, did the collision avoidance react too soon, or should I have pulled over and called for help? No warning lights, everything feels normal, but I’ll be calling the dealer to check it out and will update you all

It might be a glitch in the collision avoidance system. Have you checked if your Carnival needs a software update? Sometimes these kinds of bugs get patched with updates. If there was no follow-up warning or system lockout, it might’ve been a misread by one of the sensors. Keep an eye out for anything similar, and make sure to mention it to the dealer. The ‘Emergency Parking’ thing might just be an overreaction from the system.

Have you experienced any other unusual behavior from the collision avoidance system, or was this the first time?
